Highly recommended for your Ford servicing needs. Have friends that recently left Lenoir City Ford because they won?t help them do anything and they are happy with Ted Russell also. They don?t strong arm you for a 5 star review for bonuses cause if not 5 stars they don?t get the bonus which was hounded into me at end of service. Lenoir City doesn?t deserve anything but Ted Russell 100%.

Britt McKee was so wonderful. She met me at the dealership after I got off work and stayed there with me until after 8:00 that night until I purchased my truck. Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. I?d buy from them again, no doubt.
