I live in Appleton, but the 1.5 hour drive to Wausau was well worth it. My sales consultant, Billy Woldt, responded immediately to my internet inquiry on my 2018 Ford Edge and was my point-of-contact from beginning to end. After checking the battery, it was found to be low. Living in frigid Wisconsin and the winter coming on, I decided to purchase a new battery. Once again Toycen Ford has gets 5 gold stars. We made our usual appointment to get our oil changed and tires rotated. I called to make the appointment and was given an appointment that worked great for us. (Huge Plus) We brought the car in the night before. Our appointment was for noon. I got a call saying they were going to get the car in at 10 and we'd be able to pick it up sooner. I also got a call letting us know our in-cabin filter was dirty and asked if I wanted it replaced. I told them to go ahead and replace it. We like the detailed inspection report and itemized billing. The communication and service is great! I highly recommend Toycen Ford! I will likely purchase my next vehicle from them in the near future.
