Thank you! After experiencing a low tire sensor alert during the storm on Friday, I pulled in without an appointment, and took a chance to have my tire looked at. Your service team took care of me right away. They kept me informed of the progress and fixed the issue. Plus my car got washed! I am not from the area and I am grateful for your service. Again, thank you!

Diamond Buick GMC of AlexandriaReviews
Diamond Buick GMC of Alexandria review
Lucas was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He was very patient with us as we made our decision on what model vehicle fit our needs. He picked up on how we tend to keep vehicle for a number of years and shared with us the manufacturers warranty and extended warranty along with protective application to take care of the outside and interior of the vehicle. He took the time to show us around the showroom and introduced us to the service department if warranty or service work is needed. When the sale was complete he went through the vehicle demonstrating and having us demonstrate the various features of the vehicle. Lucas was was very sincere when he told us to be sure to call if we have any questions or concerns with our vehicle. We both highly recommend Diamond Buick GMC and our salesman Lucas.
