Met Shannon for a test drive, he was pleasant and non pressuring, which made my buying experience a positive one. The vehicle was test drive ready which made it all the more pleasurable. Turned out to be the best vehicle I have bought in over 35 years. My wife absolutely loves it, I hoped she would because I purchased it for her.
In January 2018 I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from this dealer, Everyone there was very personable and friendly. Deal was reached and favorable on the same day I visited. Here is where the issue started. In May of the same year I needed to remove a tire that was damaged. When I went into the trunk there was a jack but no tool to raise it ( the crank ) nor was there a lug wrench. I called Mills customer service and they directed me to the sales rep. who was busy and would call me back. I called the next day same deal no call back, Next day same treatment. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. If an issue should arise they leave you out to dry. I will just count my losses and go to a Toyota dealer and purchase the jack handle and lug wrench.

I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family.
I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.
I would just like to thank Joe Erickson at Mills Honda for the exceptional customer service that I received when purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot. He worked hard to get me exactly what I needed and wanted. My daughter wanted to purchase my trade in, and he was very helpful in making sure that the process went smoothly for all of us. My experience with my sales person, Betty Fleischfresser, was pleasant and she was very helpful. When we reviewed the operating system together, it went a little too fast for me, so I will probably be going back with a few questions, but it was not Betty's fault. I am just a little old and slow with computer stuff. She made it very clear that she would happily help me any time I needed help understanding anything or had any questions.
This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from the Ford dealer in Pine River in 2 years. We really appreciate working with Betty. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and spent extra time with us to set up my phone, Ford app etc. So happy for the special attention by Betty F. and we will be back. Everyone there is great! Matt did an awesome job! Marya as well! Matt text me pictures of 2017 xlt and I put 2k down to hold in half hour never coming up there. Was working with someone at mills but my brother Russell traded dodge last year there so I needed to check you guys! Glad I did! Perfect truck for me and 5 people wanted to buy in the 20 hours before I came up to finish the deal! Thank you for leading a super team! Everyone pitched in as Matt was swamped that Friday!
