Folsom Lake Ford review
I negotiated my price prior to coming to the dealership. Picked up the Jeep to test drive and was happy with the vehicle. Andy the sales associate I was working with had me fill out credit app and in about 15 min. we walked over to finance. Finance was quick and painless. I was out the door with my new Jeep in about 1.5 hours. Much better than my past experience.

We just purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer ST from TREVOR PARK at Folsom Lake Ford. Trevor took the time to go over every possible feature and was so knowledgeable! We were impressed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely patient, respectful and professional! Overall our purchasing experience was one of the best we've experienced, everyone is very friendly and greets you with a smile. The assistant sales manager "Kentucky" went above and beyond as well. If your looking for a great place to buy a vehicle, definitely go to Folsom Lake Ford and see TREVOR PARK he certainly will not disappoint!

Folsom Lake Ford review
If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!

Buying a car is always painful. They made the process easy, swift, and pleasant. The facilities were inviting. The sales reps were not closing in from all sides like zombies when I arrived at the dealership. Overall a good experience.

The 2 salesmen I had were really great. My trips to check out and test drive cars were spread out over 3 weeks. No pressure, just patience with showing me and test driving used cars. Jeff and Chris were amazing . I will definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.

Woodland FordReviews
Woodland Ford review
We were searching for a Ford Transit van and found one that looked promising on CarGurus, which was located at Woodland Ford. We dropped in to see the van and had a wonderful experience with salesperson Max (Maximillian). Absolutely no pressure - just information. We had a test drive, liked the van, and had quite a bit of subsequent text and telephone communication with Max - who was responsive, timely, accommodating and just excellent. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase we worked with Michael V. the Finance Manager (very professional) and again, super smooth and pleasant process - though it did take longer than we expected, so just plan accordingly. We were satisfied with the final price, we love the van, and we were impressed with the overall customer care and vibe of this dealership. We will need another vehicle in the relatively near future and we will definitely look for Max at Woodland Ford for our next purchase!
