Headline: Returning Customer Finds Happiness Again! I had the pleasure of reuniting with Jacky Jones via Mandi Devine. The objective: Obtain a 2026 Mustang Eco Boost Fastback after having an enjoyable two years with a 2024 Pony Convertible. I had the option of selling the '24 privately or turning into JJ. Happy to report JJ put forth a trade allowance that made the decision an easy one. The '26 was built on April 21 and arrived at JJ within a couple of days. Then, reprising the 2024 experience, JJ delivered my Molten Magenta Metallic Pony less than 48 hours later. I cannot avoid repeating myself (2024 review) - JJ and specifically Mandi provided exceptional service - totally customer focused and anticipated every question. Consummate professionals! I can recommend Jacky Jones Sweetwater unconditionally and with the utmost confidence.

They were so very sweet and on top of their game ,have much knowledge,keep you updated ,very professional and treat you like a person and not just a number. Highly recommended for your Ford servicing needs. Have friends that recently left Lenoir City Ford because they won?t help them do anything and they are happy with Ted Russell also. They don?t strong arm you for a 5 star review for bonuses cause if not 5 stars they don?t get the bonus which was hounded into me at end of service. Lenoir City doesn?t deserve anything but Ted Russell 100%.
