Disappointed they had no shuddle drivers but dropped off Sunday night for Monday service. Chris did a great job keeping me in the loop via text on the status of my Ford Edge. The services were done and the repair needed for my engine issue matched what I looked up on AI. They did a handle repair inside the car for free that was great. I don't know if they have a on-site car wash but would have been nice if they had run it through it before I got car back. Overall a good experience and loved the text message updates from my service advisor Chris.

About two weeks, I was in need of another used pre-owned vehicle. I like Fords. So I stopped in at Ford of Homewood on a Saturday. I was met by a very nice and knowledgeable sales representative named Juan. I discussed my needs, wants,and financial limits with him. After looking at several vehicles, we found a vehicle that met my needs and price. Paperwork was drawn up down payment made and that evening I was the new owner of a great 2015 Ford Escape.
