A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.

They both were very pleasant and took care of the needs I wanted w/o trying to get me to have unnecessary work done. I was not going to have service done at dealership except for need to have 3 recalls dealt with. After this experience I am very likely to return to Koons Ford of Annapolis for future service needs.
