I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. I recently bought a used 2025 Ford Expedition Max remotely from Lasco Ford in Michigan while living in New York, and the entire experience was excellent. Scott Cooley made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions quickly, and made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle from out of state. Scott really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly, especially with delivery and registration since I was in a different state. That could have easily been a stressful process, but he made it smooth and straightforward. On top of that, Lasco Ford had the best price I could find on the vehicle. The financing process was also simple and hassle-free, with no pressure or attempts to sell me a bunch of extra add-ons I did not want. Overall, this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I have had, and I would definitely recommend Scott Cooley and Lasco Ford to anyone, especially if you are considering buying from out of state.

We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.
