Good experience overall. Very easy to purchase a new vehicle. The only gripe I have is the vehicle was brand new but it was a little dirty inside. It had about 20 miles on it, I?m guessing test drivers got it dirty? I recently purchased a RAV4 (new) for my wife and the Toyota dealership made it perfectly clean before we left. Less a grip, more a suggestion for improvement. They were really really friendly. They didn?t try and sell me any extra crap which was really nice.

I called because I had smoke coming out of the front left wheel area with a small flame which I was able to extinguish. They told me to call the towing service which I did They found that the caliper was stuck causing some other damage. They did the repairs which I am very pleased with.

You may think it's an unfair advantage that their two locations are in two relatively small towns, but their atmosphere, pricing, and ability match (or beat) the larger town dealerships takes them to the front of line line for me every time.
