Good experience overall. Very easy to purchase a new vehicle. The only gripe I have is the vehicle was brand new but it was a little dirty inside. It had about 20 miles on it, I?m guessing test drivers got it dirty? I recently purchased a RAV4 (new) for my wife and the Toyota dealership made it perfectly clean before we left. Less a grip, more a suggestion for improvement. They were really really friendly. They didn?t try and sell me any extra crap which was really nice.

The EASIEST vehicle purchase experience I've had. We were traveling from 5 hours away to look at an explorer. It was zero pressure from the start unlike typical dealerships when you inquire about a vehicle. Mike held the vehicle for us for a week until we could make the trip, which is pretty much unheard of. Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500. The sales staff was excellent to work with and very personable. I would recommend doing business here and will try to in the future. I flew there from Nebraska to make this purchase and was nervous. When I got there I soon realized I had made the right choice. Sales personnel were not pushy and very down to earth and didn’t not try to force anything on you that you did not want. After I bought the truck I jumped in it a drove home six hours with no regrets and no issues on the truck I picked.

Chuck Spaeth Ford is the dealership I wish I knew 40 years ago when I started buying vehicles. They have consistently been very comfortable to deal with AND competitively priced. You may think it's an unfair advantage that their two locations are in two relatively small towns, but their atmosphere, pricing, and ability match (or beat) the larger town dealerships takes them to the front of line line for me every time. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last 6 years and they will be my first stop when I am looking for my next purchase.

I called because I had smoke coming out of the front left wheel area with a small flame which I was able to extinguish. They told me to call the towing service which I did They found that the caliper was stuck causing some other damage. They did the repairs which I am very pleased with.
