Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.

After driving 1600 miles, I showed up to pick up the truck, everything went smoothly. There was a hiccup on an errant charge but Colt and the Finance team made it right and stood by our agreement. I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.

We worked with Ty and Cord. Both of them were lovely, and we would recommend them to anyone. We bought a used vehicle, but our experience was vastly different with Ty, than with other used car salespeople. She is exceptional, and your dealership is made better because of her. I would make the 2.5 hour drive to Norman, just to buy from her again. She is not pushy or slimy like other salespeople we talked to. She has a wonderful way about her- she is kind, funny, cheerful and honest. She seems eager to help, but in a way that engenders trust, familiarity and friendship. All salespeople working on commission should be more like Ty. We were so lucky to get to work with her.
