I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

I see the Five Star review for Gary Crossley and easy to understand why. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and my experience has always been outstanding. Jamie Cook has always been my go to, even though his is not on the showroom floor anymore he never hesitates to make me and my time important. Adam (Sales) has also been involved with my last two purchases and is top notch too. I also have to mention Rick Wolpers (Sr Master Tech) in the service department, best there is. Todd and the Crossley family has surrounded the dealership with great people! If you are in the market, or need service include Crossley before you make a final decision.
