New and used 2026 Ford Explorer for sale near Sand Ridge, NY

I only have one complaint~ very difficult to reach them! There phone system is frustrating. It takes many rings to speak to a person. As for Service ~ very nice and try to solve any issues. Sales were great ~ David Biggs is a real people person. Thanks David. Was always looking out for the best results for us. The Financial person also was very easy to work with. Only had my vehicle in for an inspection. Everything went well. Dropped it off and just asked if it could be ready by midafternoon. It was. I was pleased they could accommodate me!

I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.

Have taken my 2008 V6 Pony Mustang in for Maintenance 3 times in last 3 years/ all work completed well/ cost is reasonable and the Service people all act like Gentlemen and Ladies!

Great service as always. I would only ask that service techs make sure they clean off the oil pan after changing oil/filter so it does not drip/pool on the garage floor when I get home. Otherwise, outstanding! Thank you.

As a 50 something woman, buying a car is my least favorite thing to buy--and I LOVE to shop! I was looking for a specific car in my local region and when I couldn't find one, I broadened my search. That's when I found Bidleman Ford. I initially clicked on the "is this car available" tab and by the next day a salesman reached out to me via email to say it was. He wanted to know when I was able to come in for a test drive but I explained that I was almost 3 hours away and was there a way to buy it online. Bidleman had enough pictures online that I was confident that the car I was looking at was clean and free of imperfections. So...we started the process on Friday am. Many many back and forth questions via email and Noah Palumbo was always right on top of them, answering within minutes! He was able to get me the price I wanted for the car and he also delivered it to my door on Monday afternoon. I have to give a shout out to Jeremy in the finance department as well...he answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he got back to me with it. I would highly recommend Bidleman Ford and Noah Palumbo. They made buying a car totally online, sight unseen a lot less scarier than I thought it would be!!! I would take my business to Bidleman again and again! Thanks everyone!!! I love my car!!!

Bob Johnsons always take care of me when I need help with my vehicle. I didn’t realize my inspection was up back in August and when I called them, they got me in within two days so I did not get any tickets. I will always recommend their service team and when it comes time to getting a new vehicle, they would be the first people I go to awesome group
