We had a great experience purchasing a used car through this dealership. Pete went through all of the special features of the vehicle and how to use them, got us an extra key, which from previous experience at other dealerships, just won't happen. Very nice place, received my car in excellent condition, clean and a full tank of gas. Highly recommend, nice job, Pete!

A huge shout out to Cecil. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable with my used Jeep purchase. I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to sway me in a different direction at all. He even came in on his day off when I picked up the car to meet me to make the process even more seamless. Definitely, will be recommending him to others. Thank you Cecil, for all your help, it is much appreciated and memorable!

I had a great experience working with Bill Meier at Zeigler Ford in Lowell. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me get into the exact truck I wanted. What I appreciated most was that he worked hard to make sure the payment fit my budget without any pressure or sales tactics. He made the whole buying experience straightforward and stress-free. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and want someone who genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend Bill Meier and the team at Zeigler Ford in Lowell.

Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln review
I worked with a young lady by the name Lexi on a Mustang MachE GT. I was very impressed with her attention to detail when it came to features that were important to me and my family. She went in great detail about the current dealer incentives as well as the really cool powertrain warranty Morries offers. She walked me through the options she had available and showed me what other morries locations have, I really felt like I wasn't pressured at all, and she wanted me to drive off in the right vehicle. I will be recommending all my friends in the market for a ford, to speak directly with Lexi.

Dorrance Ford review
Purchased my dream car a 2021 Shelby GT500. Best customer service I have ever received. Austin my sales person was AWESOME helped me clean out my old car and tried to listen to my crazy counter offers haha. The finance manager Lewis was amazing he fought with Ford Credit to get me the best possible rate and did not pressure me into getting some of the dumb extra warranties. Bill the dealer manager was very professional and even took me to the gas station himself to put 93 on my new GT500.

Dorrance Ford review
Mike Chamberlin was not only a good salesperson and provided exceptional service, but offered services that are not usually the concern of the salesperson. Mike responded to our email with information about a vehicle that we had seen online, but it turned out not to have all the features that we wanted. Mike asked for our criteria then went about searching for this vehicle. He succeeded after finding the vehicle in another state about 8 1/2 hours/600 miles away. He made arrangements and got the vehicle to Dorrance Ford in Galesburg, MI. Galesburg is about 3 hours/160 miles round trip for us to drive to Dorrance Ford. Mike gave us home delivery after he also offered to get the duplicate title that we needed for our trade-in vehicle. We had our new vehicle and Mike drove our trade-in vehicle back to Dorrance Ford. These services were really appreciated, especially since we are all dealing with Covid-19. What a pleasant experience Mike provided. We'd highly recommend that you check with Mike Chamberlin if you are looking for a Ford product.
2027 Ford Explorer review
I am truly enjoying my 2027 Explorer Platinum. It's a great vehicle. The features are fantastic. The ride is smooth and quiet. It is a very comfortable vehicle that I would highly recommend.

Dorrance FordReviews
Dorrance Ford review
My experience with Dorrance Ford was not only satisfying, but also refreshing. We had been in the market for a new truck for about six months. We had been unable to find what we were looking for at several other dealerships. If we did find one, the dealership was either, not participating with a discount I have offered through my employer in conjunction with Ford Motor company, or they were tacking on up to $6,000.00 to the MSRP! I was relieved to find that at Dorrance Ford I did not encounter either of those situations. In fact, I was able to afford a truck that was a few steps up from what I had been prepared to buy at another dealership. I dealt with Mike Chamberlin as a salesman, Lewis Lambert in financing, both of whom left me with a measure of gratitude for their integrity, and helpfulness. we have not purchased a new car in about 35 years, so to say we were not accustomed to the practice is an understatement. With the help of Mike and Lewis, we felt very confident, as well as very informed in our decision making. At Dorrance Ford you get their best price the first time, and it will likely be the best price from any other dealers you may be working with. All costs are put forward in the proposed deal, no surprises when you are signing the papers. After the sale we met Bill Dorrance, and Tim Garret in the service department. We felt comfortable after meeting them that the sale of the vehicle was not the end, but the beginning of a good relationship where the dealership as a whole seems to be genuinely determined to make the experience a positive one in every aspect. Go ahead and shop around if you think you need to, but I would not recommend buying a vehicle until you have visited with the the good people down at Dorrance ford. If you end up not buying a vehicle from them at least you will have met some good people who are passionate about doing their job well.
