Service got me in for diagnosis of check engine light next day and called 4 hours later with plan for repair and safety info to allow me to use vehicle. Internet search by me showed new vehicles on lot that interested me. Ty moved both vehicles next to each other so comparison could be done. Ty and Kyle worked with us to complete a deal that I believe was fair to us and Mathews Currie. Chris in finance processed the purchase quickly and even got a better rate. Excellent experience!

The experience started off poorly, truck was not what the website claimed. Equipment on truck was not accurate and front hood paint damage. The manager found me a better solution near the price I was offered. Financed through the dealer and they got me a good rate. Long day after a very long drive from Tampa Fl, but the Matthews Curry team made it Right.

Sarasota Ford review
I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my car from Matthew at Sarasota Ford. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and understood. Matthew Smith was refreshingly honest and straightforward; he told me exactly what I needed to know, always with my best interests in mind. In a world full of increasingly shady and malicious dealerships, it was so refreshing to experience Sarasota Ford’s no-nonsense, honest, and straightforward business approach. After selecting the car, the finance department was equally exceptional—attentive, warm, and guiding me step by step, ensuring transparency so I could make the best decision for my financial future. I can tell that the owner truly cares about his customer base, and Matthew was so caring that, when I pointed out a small smudge in the fabric, he took it back to the detailing section and personally ensured the stain was removed. The entire ecosystem of Sarasota Ford is a five-star dealership. No wonder, at the time I was there, I saw so many cars outside already sold. It’s clear this is a high-volume dealership, and yet, every customer still gets personalized care.if you’re looking for a team that truly cares, Matthew and everyone at Sarasota Ford are absolutely top-notch.

Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.

I needed to replace my car quickly and went to Desoto Ford. Fortunately I was met by Juan Ryan. Thru the entire process he was professional but personable. I was very stressed over purchasing a vehicle however he just walked me thru the process, kept his sense of humor despite my stress and made the experience enjoyable. He is an asset to Desoto Ford. They are lucky to have him. Not only do I love my new Bronco but I left there feeling secure in my decision. Just a great group of people.

DESOTO Ford review
I recently leased a new Ford Bronco for my daughter from DeSoto Ford in Arcadia, Florida, and it was a very pleasant and seamless experience, which is often rare in the car industry. While we started off apart in terms of the numbers, after going back and forth a few times, we were able to agree on the terms. I am definitely not the easiest of customers, but Christian Diaz was patient, professional and attentive, and that tenacity is what made the transaction happen. Everyone from Christian in sales, to the financing department and management were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them if you are interested in a new vehicle. When the time comes for my son's car, Christian will be my first call.
