I purchased a used car recently. The car needed some repair and a little cosmetic work. This was finished on time and professionally done. I was never pressured at this dealership by the sales person or the finance person. I received more than a fair trade-in value.

Pundmann Ford review
Recently purchased a used Ford F150 Lightning. Steve Pundmann was my sales agent and was awesome to work with. Never felt pressured and any and all questions and concerns were answered promptly. Financing department was just as friendly with explanation of options but not pressure to upsell on warranties. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a vehicle

Pundmann Ford review
Went to Pundmann Ford for an oil change and new battery. I have bought 6 new cars at Pundmann Ford over the years and they have been the only people that have touched my vehicles. The reason I buy from Pundmann is the Service Department. They took me to work, picked me up when the vehicle was done, kept me informed through the experience, did good work, and only the work necessary at a fair price. What is better than that?

Pundmann Ford review
I have bought 6 new vehicles from Pundmann Ford starting in 2012. The reason was their service. I compared Pundmann to the others by what I read and decided to purchase from Pundmann and have my vehicle service from where I bought it. My experience has been the same over the years. They listen, they make you feel valued, and they get a good job done in a timely manner.

Sunset Ford of Waterloo review
I was attempting to purchase a clean looking Chevy Colorado and worked with Kyle Brewer. I am out of state so Kyle worked hard to show videos, answer questions and do an iphone facetime walkaround of the vehicle with me. I never did get a chance to make an offer. The following day when I called the dealership Kyle was away but I spoke with Julian Henson and he informed me that they could not sell the vehicle due to an improper and unsafe lift kit installation that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Their honesty saved me time off work and flight costs. Had that been a dealership in MY area I would have had an unsafe vehicle pushed on me. I never once felt pressure to purchase and felt treated fairly and honestly throughout the process. I even received a call from the manager afterwards to follow up with me. Would be more than happy to do business with them in the future.

Sunset Ford of Waterloo review
We have been purchasing Ford vehicles for over 40 years and were again very satisfied with our current purchase. Brett Bergman at Sunset Ford in Waterloo, IL made the transaction very easy. His smiling and friendly personality made this a pleasurable experience. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. We then met with Mike Rich who was also very personable and worked with him to seal the deal. Mike Carr handled the paperwork very timely and professionally. Sunset Ford not only is great to deal with in selling you your vehicle but is there for you with outstanding service after the sale. It's great to be a part of the Sunset Ford family!

Sunset Ford of WaterlooReviews
Sunset Ford of Waterloo review
Today we went in to Sunset to look for a new truck for me. Unfortunately it was not in the cards dealt to us. So my wife and I decided to look for a new car for her. George was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the cars and was very friendly to my little boys He was also very patient with us as we tried to figure out a budget and what we can afford. Finally we were set on a 2016 Escape. I test drove it and even for a big guy like myself, it was a fantastic vehicle. We went back in and crunched the numbers and came up with a deal. The finance manager Mike was again fantastic and worked his magic to get a payment within our budget. He has earned the Nickname Magic Mike from me. I am 125% satisfied with the staff at Sunset Ford. This was my second car from there and I am looking forward to buying my third. Hopefully it will be my new truck.

Jim Trenary Ford review
Ed Rapien has been our salesman for 15 years for Ford-Mercury products. He is very professional, sells the cars for a fair price, helps with backing up any problems we have had, & I actually feel he is an honest car salesman. My only complaints are that Ford is no longer making sedans or the Mercury brand. These are not Ed's fault, however. Thank heaven they kept him when dealership was sold from Price-Gnade to Trenary.

Jim Trenary Ford review
I had the best buying experience I have ever had at Jim Trenary Ford this week. I had the pleasure of having Dave (Internet Sales Manager) as my salesperson. He was so kind and genuine, there was absolutely no hassling or pressure from him on buying a vehicle. He had the two vehicles I requested to test drive, ready to go. I found the vehicle I wanted, and he made the buying experience quick and painless. I also must give kiddos to Mark McGavic (Finance Manger) as well as he was able to work his magic to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He was thorough and detailed when it came to the paperwork. He explained everything very clearly and was great to work with. Mark and Dave are very professional, and considerate, they are a wonderful team, and made the buying experience so great! I highly recommend this dealership.

Jim Trenary Ford review
Dave (Internet Sales Manager) was amazing to work with. Drove over 330 miles and when I arrived at the dealership my family and I were treated amazing. The car was ready for me and set inside since it was a rainy day. Found the car of my dreams online and within 48 hours had the keys in my hand. Thank you, Jim Trenary Ford!
