Started up the process of shopping for a new vehicle from Austin and quickly expanded my search and ended up at Ford of Boerne and couldn’t have been more excited about the full experience. Matt M and Tristan Q were very invested in making sure we got a positive experience and were not overly aggressive to us coming to a decision on the right vehicle for our family. There are lots of options of places to shop and we’ll certainly start here next time!

Dan Emrie and Steve were amazing at Jordan Ford, San Antonio! Best experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had!! They did everything/anything I asked for to get the sale completed and made the experience actually enjoyable. Almost like buying a vehicle from your best friends. If you need a vehicle, and want to work with people who actually care about you and your needs, go see these guys at Jordan Ford. I’ll only do deals with Dan and Steve from here on out.

As we said two years ago "We never thought that we would purchase three trucks from the same salesperson and the same dealership in three years" but we just purchased our fourth truck from Gary Washington and Ken Stoepel Ford in five years! When was the last time you can say that you "Looked Forward" to the car buying experience! Obviously, we do! and its all because of Gary! He knows what we want and what Ken Stoepel's dealership has at any moment. The whole buying experience is smooth, professional and fast. Gary is in charge and drives the whole process including all of the details! See you Gary, in two years, and thanks again.

Another 5-star encounter with the Stoepel team. This time in service -- Julia Pestana and her team in quick lane service were welcoming and cordial. She and her technicians took care of my vehicle service quickly and professionally. In my experience this dealership and staff are committed to customer engagement and the right values more than any other I auto dealership experience I have encountered.

A huge shout out to Steve Black! I called and made an appointment to see a car that had just arrived at the dealership, it was not cleaned up or ready for show; however, Steve got the car ready for me to test drive and made the experience easy, comfortable, painless and overall pleasant. Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun" things to do. Steve and Tom, in finance, made it a quick transaction and I will tell everyone to visit Stoepel Ford for their next car purchase. Thank you guys!
