Unfortunately they were not interested in selling me a new vehicle when I was looking to buy. But they provided excellent service when I took my Subaru in for routine maintenance.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
They had a nice used Corvette at a reasonable price and offered me a reasonable trade in allowance on my car. The salesman was friendly and went out of his way to see that I could take delivery that day. When I left something in my old car he sent it to me so that I would not have to make the 2 hr trip back to the dealership.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
Our salesman Tim K. and team at Shults made the purchase of our "dream truck" happen quick and painlessly! They even helped coordinate the purchase as a surprise and put a great big bow on the hood, which was a fun touch. I can honestly say I have never before had a better buying experience, starting with the phone calls/emails to Tim and ending with the finance manager over paperwork. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience!

this car has grown on me over the years, and the handling has improved greatly, and now some way, I will own one for my family and myself!
My son bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Larry Bowers yesterday. Fantastic Experience with Larry and Justin in finance was also terrific. I will be back to this dealership in the near future for a truck. A Plus to this dealership!

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash
Very helpful. Checked everything on my truck. Recommended parts that I needed that were wore out. Very nice people. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Tyler Maeder was my Sales Representative when I recently purchased a new F-150. He was friendly, courteous, and addressed my questions promptly. I was also impressed by my tour of the Service Department. The area appeared neatly organized, and I noted that Warren Midtown Motors has more ASE Certified Technicans than most of the other Ford dealerships in our area. This tells me that training is important to the management team!
This is the 4th new Ford I have purchased.

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.
Problem with doors not latching after opening after a freezing night. Doors will open going around curve if you are not aware of latching problem.Tailgate will not unlock in cold weather. I understand this is recall but after four times back for same thing is upsetting. Very worried grandchildren will not be protected in an accident. Cost over $14,000. to trade in on new one. Don't want to loose that much money. What is a man to do? I like HUMES FORD of CORRY, disappointed with FORD COMPANY.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
As always the staff was very friendly and helpful. I picked up the 2 new tires that were not going to be put on the car at this time earlier in the week. The day of my appointment my other 2 new tires were put on the car and I was able to leave directly from Midtown on my trip.,

I love this car. The leather interior is slick and gives it that wow factor. Not to mention that this has been the most reliable car I have owned. It rides nice and I have yet to have a problem with it.
Best Customer service! I will be going back for another vehicle in the future!! They were the best to work with and made the whole process easier!

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
