The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
I would never go anywhere else with my business. Finnicum is the definition of a business being a home. I found a car that I fell in love with, and Jeffery was an amazing help with making that experience so easy and fun.

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
Great buying experience! Super friendly staff, easy buying process. Bought two cars from them. They’ll help you find anything your looking for if its not on the lot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
I have looked at several vehicles and worked with Mike McVey to buy my son a truck. Unfortunately they didn’t have what i was looking for at the time and bought elsewhere but Mike made sure i wasn’t still looking. No pressure, just friendly chats that made me feel like my business was important to him.

We love our car so far. Great room for me, my wife and kids. Plenty of room to hold all of our sports stuff as well. Great handling and the gas mileage is real good for the size vehicle.
Haven't bought a car from them yet, but by far the best group of people in the auto business. Super nice to deal with. No pressure

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Finnicum Motor Company has been by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I used to think that all dealerships were a bunch of crooks but Scott at the Americus location change my mind. He was a straight forward no betting around the bush guy. Even though he didn’t have a suv that fit our budget , he hooked us up with Howell (sellsman) at the Leesburg location and my wife and I found a very nice suv here that was in our price. No pushing, no sellsman riding on test drives, no back and forth price gouging , what price you see is price to sell. Thanks Scott and Howell for your customer service. I like the way Finnicum runs there business! And that says a lot coming from a good ol country boy like me!

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash

Strong engines, good 4x4 and overall good styling. As with all Ford/Mercury products of this era, they are prone to electrical issues and the dreaded transmission solenoid issue but the engines stay strong forever and there is a fix for the trans issue that lasts quite some time.
I would like to say "thanks" to Sherry Cox again in the Service Dept. She provided outstanding customer service on my last visit. She goes above and beyond to take care of the customers.

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase also my salesman has 110% helped me with any issues since my purchase I would totally recommend any one to this sales place. I have already gave my salesman business card to a couple of my friends
Overall I was pleased with the maintenance I had I done. Was a little upset with the back order of the module that had to be ordered. I know it isn't the dealership's fault, Chevy could do a better job on having parts available for a 2016 vehicle.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
My 3 year old (at the time of purchase) was been pretty stoked about his new wheels (he made sure to tell everyone that I bought him a new car & that there's 4 tires on it, just in case there was any confusion)!
I've bought 2 new cars in my lifetime...the 2nd was 14 years ago & I've purposely found any reason under the sun to avoid another car payment, until now!
If you're in the market for a new car, you'll fare well to go see Scott at Finnicum in Americus! There's no pressure at all & he'll find what you're looking for so he can get it on the lot just so you can test drive it.

The company I worked for provided these as company cars. After I left that company I bought one myself because they were such good, comfortable, functional, and reliable cars! Highly recommend them!
