A flood... of stellar service.

June 20 and 21, 2018; our area suffered some pretty substantial flooding. After losing my car to the water, I resolved to purchase a specific vehicle from a specific dealership in the valley, finding my new Subaru somewhere that wasn't the Subaru dealership was surprising; but not disappointing in the least. Randy Mora not only exemplified the sales persons' adage of "know your product" (as he was not only well versed in knowledge for his brand of Acura but Subaru as well), he personified the character and personality expected of a professional sales person while maintaining a fun and easy going demeanor that I'm positive sets every one of his customers at ease. Thank you for going above and beyond for assisting me with making sure all bases were covered and to the Acura team for making the car buying process NOT take a million hours. I'm just sorry I can't give more than 5 stars.
