I came in last Saturday Morning and met Brandon who assisted me. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford and he told me about a few vehicles that met my requirements and Budget. I test drove it, told him I liked it and he said he would check on Credit Approval and call me back in a few hours, which he did to tell me I was approved and by late afternoon I came back, signed the papers and drove off with my new Truck. I never had an easier, faster experience like this in my life. "Thank you Brandon" and everyone at Roger's for making this so simple.

We had the unique pleasure of working with Brian P on the sales floor. Not only was Brian knowledgeable about our car of choice (Subaru) but his non-aggressive, honest style was why we chose him to sell us our new Outback. The experience was enjoyable and relaxing. When we left with our new car, Brian made sure we understood each option available and even followed us down to the gas station to put additional gas in the tank because it was not completely full at the time of purchase.
I purchased a 2015 Subaru with 27000 miles on it. I drove it about 500 miles and thought I heard brake noise but since it had a multi-point check over before I bought it and passed inspection I thought it was ice. Last Friday I took it to my TRUSTED local mechanic and he showed me the rear pads were down to the metal. This could be seen without ever removing the wheels. I now have put 806 miles on the car since I purchased it. I never did see a copy of the detailed check the salesman said was done. Right now I don't trust the sales people or mechanics so I had the repairs done and will take the bill to them and we will see what happens!!
Buying a used car is always a luck-of-the-draw kind of deal, and can be nerve racking. I had been looking for the "perfect" GTI for a few months, with a couple being snatched out from under (once on my way to the dealership). When the GTI popped up at Nimey's, I jumped on it almost instantly. I had never worked with or heard of Nimey's prior. Bob was efficient at getting me set up for a test drive ASAP, allowed me to leave a deposit on the vehicle with assurance that it would good to go once I returned to pick it up. I did have to wait for a bit after purchasing the car for it to be finished up detailing, but I did arrive towards the end of business on a Friday, and it's a small price to drive off the lot with that "new car smell" and shiny paint. He also set me up with and printed out directions to an outstanding local pub for dinner after the sale, lots of respect! ALWAYS have reservations when searching for a used vehicle, but do know that Nimey's will be helpful in meeting your needs, as well as make you feel comfortable while going through the process. I was looking at a different vehicle to feel safe and comfortable on the days when I have a long commute. I have chatted with Mickey about all the things my perfect someday vehicle would have. After I had tested a different car Mickey called to say she had the car I really wanted. So I went to drive that car instead. Mickey had found the car I always wanted but thought would be be the next one. This is a car I will drive for many years. Mickey puts in all her effort for every customer to be sure they love the car and get a great deal.
