I purchased my 2023 Ford Maverick XLT pickup truck from Trevor Sanderson of Sanderson Ford, Healdsburg, CA in March 2023. I took my Maverick in for a warranty repair in July 2023. The right rear passenger window would not go up. They made the repair in 2 hours. The master window switch at the driver's door was no functioning properly and it was replaced with a new switch. We were searching for a Ford Transit van and found one that looked promising on CarGurus, which was located at Woodland Ford. We dropped in to see the van and had a wonderful experience with salesperson Max (Maximillian). Absolutely no pressure - just information. We had a test drive, liked the van, and had quite a bit of subsequent text and telephone communication with Max - who was responsive, timely, accommodating and just excellent. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase we worked with Michael V. the Finance Manager (very professional) and again, super smooth and pleasant process - though it did take longer than we expected, so just plan accordingly. We were satisfied with the final price, we love the van, and we were impressed with the overall customer care and vibe of this dealership. We will need another vehicle in the relatively near future and we will definitely look for Max at Woodland Ford for our next purchase!
