I drove from Houston to look at a used truck I saw online. When I got there, I decided I did not want the truck I test drove I worked with Geoff Lee and he showed me another used truck. It was spot on perfect as to what I wanted. The purchase experience was great. No pressure to purchase or look at any other trucks. My wife and I were both very comfortable with Geoff and I will honestly say if you are looking for a car or truck - talk to Geoff - he is nothing less than amazing. This was well worth the drive from Houston.
Knew what I wanted when I went in. Salesman provided the item, bought it. A thirty minute experience. Easiest time I ever had. Salesman sold me the car I wanted instead of pushing an item he wanted to sell. Parts department had a small hiccup, but fixed the problem ASAP. Was very happy with the outcome.
After hearing good things about Ben Winkle, we requested him when searching for a new Tundra. True to his reputation, he was not only helpful, but clearly honest and trustworthy--critically important traits when purchasing something as expensive as a vehicle. We ended up walking into the dealership and leaving within a few hours with a new truck. A couple of months later, our son needed a used car for his first vehicle. We again contacted Ben, who found the perfect, safe vehicle for our new driver at a very a reasonable cost. Neither the car nor the truck have caused us any problems so far. Excellent customer service and great knowledge on the market value for cars. Showed the best reasonable deals possible. Overall experience went very well. Listened and found everything I was looking for in a vehicle.
Had an appointment for oil change. Took a little longer than I hoped since there was an appointment to get the vehicle back to do the service. However, overall the service was good. Service desk employee was courteous.
Ben winkle is not only a good salesperson hes one of the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with period. Flying in from NY with alot on the line everything he said was 100% factual, and he felt more like a good friend not a salesman!

I was met as I drove on to the lot while looking for a Lincoln MKX. A polite young man showed me exactly what I was looking for. It was Saturday evening so he said take it home and bring it back on Monday. I brought it back and then continued my search around Texas for essentially the same car at a better price. A few weeks went by and the same young man, Francisco Tirado, called me back and told me I should buy his car at the price I originally offered. I agreed to go back to the dealership and made a deal. The most important part of the sale happened in the first five minutes - the pleasant smile, the detailed knowledge of the car, and the total relaxed deal.
