Me and my family had excellent experience at Southwest Motors a man name Ken Sisneros did a excellent job of helping me look for a new car. he didn’t make me feel rushed and he helped me look for a car that was in my price range. In my opinion he’s pry one of the best Salesman’s that southwest motors has.
My engine was destroyed from internal water pump breaking. Eric in service department went to bat for me dealing with warranty company and got me best outcome of a stressful situation. He was relentless with them. Thank you Eric!

My daughter went on her first car buying trip alone. She went to look at a Toyota Yaris. She was told it was not available because it needed a computer and when repaired the price would be $2000 more. She came home with a very nice 2007 Lincoln MKZ. The car had a couple problems that the dealership fixed but one they did not. The window sticker displayed the features of the car, one of them being heated seats. The heated seats worked for the test drive but not later. They were worked on twice and functioned once after each repair. I called the service department, which was very helpful and professional, and was told the car needed a heated seat module connector and a heated seat module. The Sales Department told the Service Department not to replace the parts.. If the Sales Department knew parts were needed and they were not going to fix the seats the least they could have done was let my daughter know so she could have had it fixed during the three days it was in their facility having the other repairs made. I would recommend the Service Department but not the Sales Department. My son drives Fords and after this experience with the Sales Department is looking in Colorado Springs for a new car.
We had such a wonderful experience at Southwest Motors. We were helped by Andre, who greeted us when we first pulled up. He really listened to our needs and wants, and showed us vehicles that met our needs and were in our price range. We were concerned about getting credit approval, but Andre and James made it happen for us, and got us in a beautiful 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe that we absolutely love. All the cars we looked at and test drove were very clean and drove fantastically. We'd been shopping around, and we spent less time here from starting out by viewing and test driving potential vehicles to finishing up by purchasing a vehicle, than we did just looking/driving and seeing what we could get approved for at other dealerships. I highly recommend checking out Southwest Motors. They have a huge selection of clean, low-mileage vehicles with great prices and warranties, and the staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. And their chairs inside are all SO comfortable!

Steve Salazar is probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He even sent a Christmas card to see how my vehicle was doing thus far. Even got me an extra key for my Chrysler Aspen. This guy is amazing. The buying process could not have been more satisfying. You need a new or used car? Then go see Steve Salazar at Spradley.
I didn't make it in to the location but I am basing this off of customer service I received emailing back and forth with a sales associate on a used vehicle. Responses were quick and I would definitely look there for a vehicle in the future.
Salesperson was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. We felt welcomed and no significant buying pressure. While we were told hail damage repair could be made before we left, it was not. We were told it would only take a day to make the repairs, we scheduled an appt for a Friday and were without the car until Monday. This was disappointing.
Thank you Southwest Motors for making my car buying experience so easy and fun! I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. They even filled the gas tank while I filled out paperwork. Jason Ward (my salesman) was helpful and did not pressure me. I appreciate the hard work of the staff to get the best possible financing available to me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Southwest Motors and the experience has been great every time.
