I have just owned this car for a few week and i am so far impressed. It is roomy inside, even though it is a small car. It rides nice, with good pick up. All the options that came with it are nice. Exspecially the heated seats. The one thing that I wish it had is more interior light. It is dark here now by 5:00pm and if I need to adjust my mirrors, I can’t see it because it is not lit. Overall I am very happy with this vehicle.
I had an overall very positive and excellent buying and trade-in experience with Sam, Bill, and Michelle. Treated with the highest level of respect, professionalism and customer-first attitude. Won't hesitate to give their dealership more of my future business! Appreciated how thorough, patient, and helpful they were through the car buying experience. Drives well, great on gas and gets in and out of parking spaces easily. The Bluetooth function of this car was a definite plus and comfortable seating is definitely a WIN.
We recently purchased a 2016 XC 60 from Suburban Volvo and Jon Smith who handled our sale was a consummate professional . This car meets all my needs and wants. It’s a fuel efficient sporty car. It’s all I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend.

This car met all the expectatives I had, except the interior space, as the leg room and shoulder space is too small for five people. But in power and safety, I am very satisfied.
Oh, the Bluetooth has his days, not allwys relliable.

It saves in gas, its good for a 1st time buyer. The initial take off is not favorable. Make sure to leave ample a space to get up and go. If you rely on the Bluetooth to connect, don't. It is a task in itself EVERYtime I drive, it DOES NOT sync. I've had the radio replaced by Ford dealership yet same issues. Luckily, the phone connects for hands-free for the sake of the law(Georgia). Trade in vale does not hold price, if you buy it plan to keep it until its way below blue book, before you trade,nor you will be upside down.
Shults Lincoln had the vehicle we were looking for on the lot. We were able to complete the sale in one day. Kane went above and beyond to make the buying experience enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership in general, the Lincoln division specifically, and Kane Kolstee in particular

Pleasant to drive. Since I have had the car I've enjoyed it's reliability. Great gas mileage. Have had a lot of unexpected travelling to do and Ford has proved their dependability by all means.
Had a great experience buying a used car from Steven after my car was totaled. He was very helpful and not pushy at all like some other car salesman I had encountered. He was very transparent and put up with my many questions like a champ!

This car is exactly what I wanted. Low mileage, able to quickly get to 70mph on the nearby freeway, room to haul my hound dog. I love the bright blue, I believe it's called Candy Blue. I went from a Suburban to this and am very happy. It's not as comfortable as more expensive cars, but I think the seats are nicer than those in my husband's Subaru. I've used this car for long road trips and short commutes. I'm delighted with how quickly the heat/AC get going, but that's probably the difference between a big ol' Suburban and a teeny car.
Downside. There is "mood" lighting which does not light the USB port; not handy after dark. I don't use the Bluetooth. "She" was just exasperating, couldn't even say "Bluetooth" let alone understand what I said. I just use the hands-free on my phone. The car was fairly new when the clutch needed replacing. Seems like transmission problems are a thing with this batch. However, the dealership was right on top of it and I wasn't inconvenienced.
Courteous salesman didn't try to get us to buy something we wouldn't want did there best to get the color that was requested and they were right in the ball park

Only postive thing was gas milage. Since i bought it its been horrible my seatbelt in back didnt work after a couple weeks. Ive done routine matiance at 20000 my transmision is slipping the ford place i bought it from never returned my calls
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!

It has been less than a month since I purchased my vehicle, and it is already the most comfortable vehicle I have ever been behind the wheel of. The features that came in my vehicle mean that all I have to do is put it in gear, and turn the wheel every now and again. Even my hardcore car-guy friends are impressed with how nice this car is.

I was reluctant to buy a Ford, because I previously owned a Toyota. But so far this fiestas meets all of my needs, it handles the roads very well, has great pick up and it's a smooth ride. The inside is especially nice at night, there are a lot of extra colorful lights. It has Bluetooth and a digital screen which I've never had before in any of my other cars. It's cute and stylish. The only cons are, it could have more compartments to put stuff and there is very little legroom in the back.
Went in to look for cars for my daughter. We ended up buying a brand new forte. It is the perfect car for her! I would recommend Megan to all friends and family for whose looking for a new or preowned car!

It is a little small for my taste but comfortable nonetheless. It is perfect for my wife though. Nice and sporty and kinda quick. Great color and nice wheels.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

This is certainly not a luxury car, but it is sporty for the price, comfortable, good on gas. It competes in a tough segment, and does everything you would want for an economy car.
Time is worth money...We were out of the dealership within 2 hours completely....that included going over the features of the expedition and signing paperwork....perfect!

Fun to drive until my A/C quit. The PCM failed now it will probably cost me a thousand dollars to get it replaced. Warranty will only warranty the PCM if it affects the engine or transmission operation.
Went in with a pretty complicated situation - but Sean, the GM, is awesome and put together a great deal for me! I was nervous going in because I wasn???t sure if I???d be able to leave with a new car, but he quickly alleviated those worries! My salesman Joe was caring and kind, and also was very understanding about my situation. He took the time to reassure me and I could tell he???s one of those rare genuine people! This place won???t give you the run-around. They will take a look at all factors and work hard to get you the best deal possible!

Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.
I’ll definately be back for my next new vehicle!
