Had a really good experience at Berkeley Ford. Mark was my salesman and the sales manager was Stanley. Both id a fantastic job getting me more than i could ask for. every one there was very nice and professional. I've visited most dealerships in Charleston, and this one was by far the best customer experience. It felt like a family bushiness, not a large dealership.
Duffy called me immediately after posting an inquiry about a truck. We negotiated over the phone for the truck and trade but did need to see my car on site to lock down the discussed price. I wanted to drive the truck as well. I drove 5 hours from Atlanta and it was everything promised. The dealership owner talked with me while Duffy worked on documents and within the expected time allotted I was out the door. These guys did a great job and I highly recommend their team!
I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
I spent all day with my wife going to dealerships after dealerships.It was not a pleasant experience until we pulled into Payless car sales, and was treated professionally by Brandon who listened to us instead of talk talk talk. The first car he showed us was exactly what we said we were looking for. The price was great and we love the car. Thank you Brandon.

I’ve been buying parts from Jones Ford for decades. I finally purchased a new car from Jones Ford about a year ago. Mostly because I have always been treated so nicely even by Mr. Walters. I’ve gotten to know the parts people in some of the texts and mechanics well enough to say that there some of the nicest and most humble techs and mechanics I’ve ever encountered. The only morning I would have Franny dealership is to hire good people at every level of the organization and then trust them. Putting too many barriers between the customer and those who actually do the work takes away from the “good neighbor” feel of a dealership. Jones Ford loved me for years before I bought a car. I recently returned to purchase another new car. The salesmen I dealt with were exceptional and to me perfect in every way they treated me. Other dealers lost my loyalty simply because they don’t understand love and respect.
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.
From the moment I drove onto the lot till the moment I left with my new Kia Stinger gt1. tony Washington greeted me immediately and made me feel comfortable. He offered a test drive and I was hooked, He was way more knowledgeable about the car than I expected, ive been in the car business for more than 40 years and usually its me telling the salesman about the vehicle he is trying to sell me. I also want to give a shout out to Adam Ritchie, he also went the extra mile for me in obtaining what was a very unique finance situation, I cant thank him enough and lastly Mike Brand in finance. He was very thorough and helped me get through this process quickly and explained the extended warranties in a way that I had not thought entirely through. The answer to what you really want to know is yes I will be returning to buy another vehicle from kia country and I hope these same 3 can help make buying a car as painless as you could ask for. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Windhams. Each person had his position perfectly executed and was so very pleasant and nice. I had visited three other dealers and was just plain overwhelmed. A few salespeople really did not know what was on the lot and just walked us around pointing out this car and that car. My husband said that he had heard good comments about Windhams, so we just by chance went there on a very cold and windy day. Bingo! Found the perfect car. 2015 Buick Encore Premier. We live in Mount Pleasant and Windhams drove the new car to our house because I do not drive over the bridge. Another man drove another car, so my husband would not have to take the driver of new car back. The manager at Windhams had this done, so as to keep my husband from fighting the traffic back and forth. How kind and thoughtful! A+ rating for Brad Windham and staff! Sincerely, Pam
We bought a car from Brad Braun at Charleston Nissan on 5/16/17. Wow we were very pleased with the deal that Brad was able to give us. We were treated like family and he went above and beyond to make sure he got us just what we wanted for the price we were looking for. He even came in to work on his birthday to make sure we were taken care of. My hat goes off to the finance guy Ron who also helped tremendously . Wonderful people at Charleston Nissan. Will tell everyone about them.
I began my search at Nissian. I met Micheal Scarpaci as I exited the vehicle I was renting. Right from the start he was fantastic. Micheal was very patient and did not make me feel pressured at all. He was polite and understadning when I needed to extent the rental or be charged a fee. If the dealer had a car within the price range I wanted I would have looked no further, which speaks volumes for me since I am a thinker. Micheal took time with me and made me feel like I was valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about his friendliness and overall respect of me as a customer. Over the course of the day and into the next one, I went to 6 other lots, none of which did I recieve the quality of treatment that I did that first day with Micheal. I was on a strict budget, which is the only reason I was unable to purchase a car at this dealership. I am very grateful for the treatment I recieved from Micheal and think it speaks volumes for the dealership to have this kind of employee working here.
