I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. Great family car!
Great family car! I used to drive a flex, and ended up buying a Chevrolet equinox. It worked for a while, but we noticed we needed more space and our children weren’t getting enough air in the back (there are no rear vents on the equinox). When we were looking for a bigger car, I immediately thought of the flex! There are four air vents on the ceiling in the back… A third row, and tons of space! The ride is also super smooth… Huge difference in the suspension of what I was driving before. You are even able to tow with this car! So impressed and definitely recommend it

While trying to determine how to proceed with getting a new car after our old one was totaled, I expressed interest in the KIA Carnival. I was able to ask a bunch of questions and visit for a test drive. We had other errands we needed to run that day so we said we would think about it and the next stay texted with the agent to make sure we were on the same page with the pricing and then came in to sign when it was all figured out. The sales agent was helpful always willing to answer questions and show us the various aspects. When it can time to finish the paperwork the team gave a reasonable estimate and we left with the car.
