I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

Over 7 hours later I drove away with the car I wanted. I was exhausted, hungry and wasted nearly all day light , I was given a cup of coffee. Yay!!! I nearly completed paperwork with the wrong VIN , which has happened to me before at Banister Ford. (WORST EXPERIENCE EVER) Great job Koons Ford for catching what would have canceled our deal. I have owned 3 Ford Flex's. All were super. I am now driving a 2018 and am trying to purchase a 2019 as it is Fords last year to build the Flex. I live in the land of Ice and snow and this car with all wheel drive is the best I have ever driven on Ice and Snow. Very stable. If I drive the speed limit I get 22-23 MPG. It also has lots of room. Its like a station wagon.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

Had mine since 2009 awd limited. Today is 2023 and it has 232k miles. Only oil changes tires and breaks. I had my small kids ride on it now I have my grand kids on it. The DVD PLAYER is still being used. I have gone from coast to coast on this vehicle with so much confort. Even helped me moved my kids out of the house and me too. Lots of traveling and camping. Now we got just the dogs and if this Flex ever breaks ill buy another one. Used of course cause they stopped making them. Love this car

I have purchased two vehicles from Carmax I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. I received more for my trade in than expected. I have recommended them to friends and family.

I own a 2016 Ford Flex. I love the exterior styling, as I miss the old station wagons and panel vans of the past. It especially looks sharp as I have the gray paint job with white roof. Can spot it in the parking lot from far away!. I've absolutely have had no problems with the mechanics of the vehicle. Only issue has been the sync radio update, which eventually did get remedied. Drives smoothly, is flexible in its cargo and passenger areas and holds a lot. Only negative is the gas mileage. I do more street driving as I live on Maui. Lots of short drives. But averaging 15.5 nowadays is not good. But I will never give it up. Unless I find another used one, or they make it again.
