Used 2019 Ford Flex for sale near Canton, NC

I had a great experience buying a used truck from out of state. The truck was exactly as advertised (actually better) and I got a good deal. Tyler was great - very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I've never purchased a vehicle where I had to fly to go get it, but I would go back to Beau Townsend in a second to buy another vehicle. Thank you gentlemen! I love my truck.

Had mine since 2009 awd limited. Today is 2023 and it has 232k miles. Only oil changes tires and breaks. I had my small kids ride on it now I have my grand kids on it. The DVD PLAYER is still being used. I have gone from coast to coast on this vehicle with so much confort. Even helped me moved my kids out of the house and me too. Lots of traveling and camping. Now we got just the dogs and if this Flex ever breaks ill buy another one. Used of course cause they stopped making them. Love this car

Luis was my dealership associate. He communicated with me via email. Communications were perfect in that they were concise and not "overly" communication. Sadly I left the facility and was not prepared to purchase at that time and the vehicle sold. Luis was professional and made me feel welcome. I own a 2016 Ford Flex. I love the exterior styling, as I miss the old station wagons and panel vans of the past. It especially looks sharp as I have the gray paint job with white roof. Can spot it in the parking lot from far away!. I've absolutely have had no problems with the mechanics of the vehicle. Only issue has been the sync radio update, which eventually did get remedied. Drives smoothly, is flexible in its cargo and passenger areas and holds a lot. Only negative is the gas mileage. I do more street driving as I live on Maui. Lots of short drives. But averaging 15.5 nowadays is not good. But I will never give it up. Unless I find another used one, or they make it again.

I love my Flex. I love the handling the gas mileage,the style and the safety features, especially the back up camera! I also like knowing how many miles I can drive before I’m empty! Very comfortable ride

My service rep was phenomenal. - I had been trying to get a part put on at the body shop for weeks, while there getting oil service and recall repair, he informed me the team could do for me while there and all he could to make that visit a great one. He did just that!

Got there early for an oil change. Kelly at the service desk got me right in and in under an hour, she brought me my keys and I was back in my car. Fastest oil change ever! Kelly answered the few questions I had. The facility is brand new and designed for customer comfort. Everyone is friendly and helpful without being overbearing and car salesman-y. I had a pleasant experience. I?ll go back.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
