Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. It was undeniably the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership! It’s true that at Don Franklin, you’re not just a customer because they treat you like family! I highly recommend this dealership. We went to Don Franklin Ford after all other dealerships fell through. We spent the better part of 5 hours looking at 3 or 4 different cars, one of which the company offered to have brought it for us. They were hospitable in every way and the gentleman who helped us wouldn?t stop until we found a great car at a decent price. Though it took longer than expected, we ended up with a great deal on a luxurious car. I will be shopping for cars here from now on.

I went down to Somerset from Louisville blind as to what type of dealership it was, and honestly, it was great. The staff let me take the truck out for a spin (even in the rain), then went over the strengths and weaknesses of the vehicle for my needs. We got rolling on numbers pretty quickly, and after a quick back-and-forth, we settled on a number that everybody could live with.
