My husband and I had to find a vehicle asap due to an accident and this is the second time this has happened to us. Went back to Dan and Mike, and again they provided superior service. Both times, they provided us with a decent vehicle, good price too, and went above and beyond to help. So hard to find people like this today, and hope they don't change. Having purchased numerous vehicles and having them serviced over the past 20 years I can speak to quality of service Bob Karls provides. The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The fact that most of the employees have been with Bob for many years speaks to the quality of the operation and has enabled them to form a bond with their customers whom they genuinely care about! It's a rare business in today's world, almost like business from a bygone era. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Bob Karl, Jerry and his service crew run a truly honest and customer focused business. We purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse for ourselves, and gave our 2007 Chrysler to our daughter. Bob and his team prepared and serviced not only the awesome vehicle we were purchasing from them, but also the vehicle we were transitioning to our daughter. We love the vehicle we purchased, his pricing was reasonable and he replaced ball joints and rotated the tires on the car we were giving to the kid at nearly his cost, saving us hundreds of dollars. Received recall notice on my car and your dealership is closer to me. Called and made appointment for recall to be done and also have oil change and also had multi point service done. Very pleased with service department. Serviced my car in less than 2 hours.
Had a ten o'clock appointment for first oil change and the service department was right on schedule . Waiting area was nest and clean, machines for coffee, water, snacks, etc. were available. Appointment was quick and of course the extras that Carmody Ford does for you are great, such as check tire pressure, check for low fluid (windshield wash) etc.. They will be my choice for the next service.

I brought my 2013 Ford Edge to the Service Department to have a problem with the passenger door lock corrected. I was very pleased with my experience...everything was handled professionally and it appears that the problem has been solved.

Brought my new 2017 Escape in for the initial free oil change. Checked with the "service area" first and was told to go to the quick lube building- no problem as this was the first time I was at Jack Byrne for service. Willy, who was sitting in for Maria, did an adequate job of taking my information and within 30 minutes my car had an oil change- not bad time! I would say that it would be helpful to have something posted on the wall or a "price sheet" handy that would list what the costs would be for an oil change, tire rotate, etc, etc, and what "deals" are currently available for these services as no prices were obvious in the store. Up in the air if I will be back as I am not sure what I will be charged next time for servicing - please send me some pricing information if possible.
