He took the time to help us connect our phones to the car, set up essential safety features and other essential aspects that helped us understand how to take advantage of all the available features. The car model we found in their dealership had all the features we were looking for for a price below the average for other Ford dealers. If you decide to buy a car from Lombard Ford, Mike will make sure you know every single detail in the contract, warranty, car maintenance and service, and much more. After we bought our car, the CEO Rob Lombard came to meet us. He was happy to know we had bought our vehicle and congratulated us. I just purchased a new full EV Toyota bZ XLE from this local dealership. My salesman there was Howard Cullen. While I’ve driven Teslas since 2017 I’ve been able to avoid the typically unpleasant experience of being tagged-teamed by sales staff in an auto dealership — the “showroom shuffle”. I’ve also been able to pay cash and avoid car loans for the last 35 years. That being said, my initial reaction to being handed off to Howard by other sales staff was classic “disgruntled customer” mode; a bit hostile. However, we got past that and Howard was great in working with me to get me a very attractive price on a quality vehicle. Another issue that I had going into this transaction was encountering showroom sales staff who usually know little to nothing about EVs. Howard admitted to his limited experience upfront, so we learned about this car together. I appreciated that he understood my concerns and worked hard to gain my trust, answers to my product questions and minimize the amount of hassle factor that it took to make this purchase – which included my first car loan in 35 years (a few $K additional incentive for taking a Toyota 0% interest 3-year loan was hard to resist.) Prior to switching to Teslas (a very high-quality automobile) I had owned 6 Toyotas (Camrys and a Tacoma) over 25 years; and I would argue that this is hands-down the best car company in the world. Howard has been selling Toyotas for 17 years and shares my commitment to this product. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends to him for their next vehicle purchase — especially as I know that he will know alot more about these EVs for the next customer who comes looking for one.

I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.

Hybrid model gets great mileage. Car is quiet and comfortable especially for a truck. Lariat package has nice options a very versatile small truck and great value.
