So I acquired about a car an when I called the company they were more than helpful with giving me directions an a number to another one of there lots to find the car I wanted, and apon arrival I was treated with good customer service an the dealers new a lot of the Carfax on the vehicles i asked about.
Joseph is the example of wonderful customer service! Couldnt have asked for a better salesperson! Very polite and professional, also willing to work with you when times are hard. Would definitely recommend!
Came in on November 17,2018. Was told by one sales associate that their black friday sales began tomorrow and they were offering 3,000 off all used trucks. Came in the following day with my eye on a truck list at 35k online. So natural 35k minus 3k is 32k. However, the original sales associate was not there. After 45 minutes of negotiations we finally agreed to go with what was promised. The new used car salesman hadn't even been working there for a month but still provided better customer service. He gave us the test drive as well as had the vehicle cleaned and detailed.
Mr. Dre'on Bivins was very polite and respectful the entire process. Mr. Dre'on Bivins has a great personality and has a love for his job that is expressed through his service and hospitality. He got the truck that fit my needs and had everything I was asking for. Over all a great person!!..
Was easy to get an appointment even after Hurricane Jolene. Welcomed, listened to by Ms. Marsha Honeycutt and picked up where I was informed of the issue, part ordered and she stated she would call when part is in. Great experience
Having more trouble with the car than expected. I feel that I paid too much for the car to realize the problems I have experienced with ownership. Every time, I get my car serviced, technicians inflate my tires to 32psi. My car requires 35psi according to the label in the door. I have expressed this issue twice to maintenance, but unless I remind them they fill the car to 32psi. Nothing personal to the dealership or it's personnel, but I am really dissatisfied with the vehicle and the customer service I have received. My mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything". This advice has not been working for me concerning this vehicle and the dealership. Usually, I do not respond or give excellent marks on these surveys, but my experience with this vehicle and dealership is absolutely frustrating. I have been a faithful GM customer for my last 5 new vehicle purchases. I am afraid, I will start considering foreign cars in future vehicle purchase decisions and would get rid of the XTS tomorrow if I could without further loss.
