Operating with only half power and a skeleton crew. I called without an appointment for a water pump remove and replace, the service manager took me in and gave me a loaner car thinking it would possibly take a day or two. They called back at 1000 and said it’s ready. I was amazed! That quick! These guys were Great for a department in the middle of a hurry recovery!!

This family owned dealer is simply far superior to any other dealer I visited. Forthright, honest, easy to deal with, and knowledgeable. They agreed to open up on a holiday weekend just to accommodate my schedule. The vehicle was in the exact shape they said it would be. The price was fair and the process was fast and with no pressure at all. I drove over 2 hours to see a specific vehicle and these guys made it worth the trip. I couldn't be more pleased. My favorite car - a Orange Subaru Crosstek- was damaged in Hurricane Florence and I was in need of a new one. Luckily National Subaru have a nice new Orange one and as soon as I test drove it, I was hooked. My salesman, Chris Roush was just wonderful. Really explained all the new features on the 2019 model and I was feeling better about losing my old car and getting to own the latest model. This dealership goes way beyond customer service and everyone is very professional. Thanks to the entire team who turned a "tragic situation" into a new zest for life.

Service desk staff have always been very friendly and hospitable. The quality of any repair I received from this place has been good, nothing against their work in the service section. Labor fees are very high. Ensure you ask up front what your labor fee will be. Ended up paying over 500 bucks to have 2 thermostats replaced, the majority of the cost was labor. Your car will be taken care of, just be ready to pay. Been going to this facility for 6 years and this last week will be my last time.
My experience was a little bit different. My car broke down and I had to have it towed to Ford. I was not happy that I didn’t receive an update the next day of what was wrong with my car or what was being replaced. I dropped it off on Thursday evening (after hours) wasn’t told what was wrong or being replaced on my car till Monday. I understand it took awhile to fix because the parts needed to come in and there was no one to work on it durning the weekend. I would have liked to have an update sooner than Monday though. I was lucky that everything was covered under the warranty and I only had to pay a deductible. It definitely put us in a bind only having one vehicle. This also isn’t the first time I haven’t been updated about a process going on with my vehicle either. The last time I only went in for an oil change but my car also needed a hose replaced. I wasn’t told this till they had already started but I had things I needed to do and appointments to be at. I luckily had a friend who could come get me but an oil change appointment shouldn’t turn into more especially if the customer had no idea what was going on with the vehicle then you make them pay a deductible.
