My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great car shopping experience. Not pushy and actually wanted to help me. I would definitely buy another car there as well as recommend to others. My sales rep Matt Aeyers was wonderful as well as the finance Dept.
The pre-owned vehicles are like brand new - I honestly cant tell a difference! Josh was my sales person and he really knows his cars! He was friendly, helpful and easy going, no pressure. Everything went perfect, from calling the store and dan confirming the vehicle, to sending extra pictures and videos and my expectations were exceeded when I arrived, the truck and paperwork ready and out in less than an hour. Id make the 5 hour trip again in the future just to stay away from sitting in a store for 4 hours.
Went to the Dealership on Friday, all cars on the lot were clean which is a good sign. Found one that I liked, Had it inspected from my mechanic. There was a Check Engine Light. The Dealer Had it Fixed on Monday since his Mechanic was Closed on Saturday. Got a call to come in to verify the work. All is Good. We Negotiated and the car was purchased. What stands out about this dealership is that there is no pressure to buy. Also if you straight up with them then they will be straight up with you. Happy to say that the experience was great .

I was looking to return a leased 2014 Fusion and replace it with a new 2017. Since my car had been serviced at Woodstock and I liked the service department, I went there to see what was available. My salesman, Aubrea Carringer could not have been more accommodating. I did not know what model I wanted nor was I sure whether I would lease again or purchase the my next vehicle. Aubrea showed me what was available on the lot , as well as what he could find for me at other dealers. He patiently explained all my options with the Fusion and explained the pros and cons of of lease vs buy. It took a week, but we found the perfect model at another local dealer. Aubrea went out of his way to get that vehicle AND meet that dealer's price. I ended up buying the car. When I picked it up. Aubrea spent a fair amount of time explaining all new technology - not an easy job since technology and I are not the best of friends. I am happy with my choice of car and dealer. We had a great experience with our purchase of a 2014 Fusion Titanium. Our sales rep., Bill Montooth, gave us great customer service. He is easy going, has a calming personality, gives you space to look at inventory at your leisure - he offered the information we needed to make our decision and we made the deal. It was so easy, the vehicle had every bell and whistle plus a great color - looks brand new, low mileage. My husband said that if everyone had a great experience buying a vehicle like we did, they couldn't keep their inventory in stock. You've got to check them out online and see Bill.
Had a great experience buying a used vehicle here. The salesman Sarge was knowledgeable and honest. Treat me with respect and never felt pressured. This is my second vehicle I have bought from them and it will not be my last.
I am very pleased with the quality of the facility and the service personnel. I will use in the future also. Eric is a very good person to use.
