Friendly and helpful staff

I purchased a C-Max energi last fall. My salesperson was Lawrence Rettig. He was quite helpful. Just recently I brought my car in to your service department for a 6 month check up; I was about to leave on a road trip, by myself, and I wanted to be absolutely sure the car was ok. I was so pleased that I could make an appointment and was told about how long the service would take. I arrived on time and had only a very brief wait before being attended to. The service took less time than I thought. Everyone was very nice. It so happened that I saw Lawrence and we had a good chat, I was happy to see him again. Because....I love my car and I am grateful to Lawrence for helping me with the purchase. Then I went for a walk and finally ended up in the waiting room with it's comfortable seats and coffee machine. How nice is that?! My car was in good shape, I went away happy.
