There was absolutely no pressure to look at other vehicles or spend more money; we were even treated to lunch while we waited for paperwork to be completed. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived.
