AutoNation Ford MargateReviews
AutoNation Ford Margate review
Ford had allocated us a special Mustang GTD. We picked AutoNation Ford Margate for our Dealership with whom to bring our car direct from Ford through and to handle all our paperwork. We have never done any business with this dealership. We spoke with a gentleman named Thomas Scoffone. He was knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and made each step of the process easy, convenient and tailored to our requested needs. We are so grateful and appreciative to Thom & Michele, whom also assisted in the paperwork process and delivery to our home directly from Ford. Thank you AutoNation Ford Margate for your amazing services and team. We look forward to continuing our relationship, should we buy or be selected again by Ford for a special make/model.

Ford of Kendall review
After shopping around and looking at over a dozen trucks across South Florida, I finally found the perfect truck at Ford of Kendall. They gave me an absolute steal of a deal on my used 2024 F-250 Lariat—a price and value that no other dealership in the area could match. The trade-in offer on my Toyota 4Runner came in a bit lower than what other lots offered, but given that I was trading a Toyota into a Ford store, it made sense. The price was still fair, and the incredible savings on the F-250 helped make up for the difference. Huge shoutout to my sales rep, Harold Castillo. Harold truly fought to get me the best possible deal and genuinely cares about his customers. The Used Car Sales Manager, Roberto Hernandez, was also extremely attentive and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. To cap it off, John Sanchez made the finance process entirely seamless and smooth. This is my 6th vehicle purchase in the last decade, and it was easily the best experience I’ve had from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Harold and Roberto!

Here's a polished, professional version of your review that keeps the warmth and honesty of what you wanted to say: I had an outstanding experience with Daniel M. From the moment I arrived, he was knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, caring, and genuinely helpful. I had a long-distance trip coming up, and it was my first time visiting this location for an oil change and a few other maintenance concerns. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was ready for the road. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He didn't just focus on the service my car needed—he also gave me helpful advice about my new vehicle, showed me how to use the app so I could remotely start my car, and pointed out features and things to watch for that I never would have known on my own. He went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and informed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare. Whether it's retail, the food industry, or any other customer-facing job, I honestly can't remember the last time someone provided this level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Daniel made me feel like more than just another customer. If he's not already in a leadership role, he absolutely deserves one. At the very least, he deserves recognition and a raise. Employees like Daniel are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. You truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. We made it home from an our trip and our vehicle did amazing. Our family has been so happy Thank You again. And we will see you soon for more services. Nina

We worked with Jason and Brody purchasing a 2025 Ford Bronco yesterday and we had a great experience. We mostly worked with Jason Clark and the experience was great. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. The process was straightforward and they had awesome deals.
