I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. Took my bronco in for LOF and any recalls (none applied to my car lucky) John Klapp was my service advisor he was terrific. Their waiting area is nice with a cafe for coffee and snacks (I was bummed their local donut place was closed) overall great experience on time and friendly (washed my bronco too) much better experience than autonation ford in Scottsdale (dont ever go there)
