The other customers seemed to be in and out quickly too. All the other customers seemed happy and content as well. The Staff is professional and friendly! Showroom is spotless as was the restroom. They even have an area with cubicles where you can work or have more privacy if needed. As well as a separate adjacent more family oriented waiting room with play area accommodations for guests with children or just a place where you can hang out while you wait. This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Lots of Trucks to choose from. Very large compared to any other van dealer I have ever seen. The trucks all seemed to be in in pretty good shape. I ended up buying a cheaper truck for my business and it has been trouble free so far. Will check what the have when I need another van.
