When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Bought a 15 year old BMW 428i that was a trade in with low miles. Super clean and excellent price. Sales agent was friendly, chill, and reasonably knowledgable (for a non Ford make). Test drive process was smooth. The finance guy was great - did his magic to get the numbers we wanted. Only complaint is the paperwork took a bit too long but that's a minor complaint. The car did have a minor issue the next day but they quickly took it back and got it all sorted out, no charge. Overall a very smooth and positive buying experience. This is the 2nd used car we've bought from this dealer, multiple years apart and the experience was the same. You can trust these guys. Highly recommend.
