Drove 3 1/2 hours hoping to make a deal. Was only willing to since there were so many great reviews. Just got back yesterday. My salesman was Aaron M. What a treat he was. Discovered he was originally from just 30 min away from my hometown. We quickly we able to cut through the chase and make a deal. He was a joy to work with. We also had contact with Jake & George. Each of them seem to have great mid-western values. I will be looking here again when it comes time to look for another new/used car. Excellent service from top to bottom.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

My visit to AutoNation Toyota in Fort Myers was surprisingly wonderful. Every sales/financial person was professional and experienced. Wayne Carless (yes, that is really his name!), the salesman, has been there for 14 years and knows his stuff. He was particularly helpful several days after my purchase. Everyone was concerned about my comfort while I was there (for 5 hours). And I love my new Camry. It's super comfortable and very peppy.

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

I got a good deal on the car. Tyler was great to work with. If there was one thing to complain about, it was the time it took to work things out. I was there for four hours, just wish we could’ve cut down on the time.

So i didn't get the car i really still want it i keep seeing it 😔😔 i can afford it but I never been without a job more than two years ....but 2 yrs ago I was hit by two vehicles on my job and hadn't worked since 😔 I'm wondering if I could put more money down could I possibly still get this car ....just a thought

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I also saw several of her new coworkers asking her for help and guidance and she didn't hesitate for one minute to lend a helping hand, this just isn't something you typically see at a dealership, she spoke highly of everyone, not one negative word from her even though we heard one of the managers make a rude comment towards her, that did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, but Trisha just smiled and kept moving. I have no doubt that there is challenging days for her, but her determination is that that I've never seen before in my 60 years.
