I bought a well -used Jeep. The Salesman, Matt Bodgen, was very polite and returned my phone calls promptly. He is an asset to this Company. No pressure what so ever. Best thing, a very low DOC fee.Unlike others in the area who like to slide in a DOC fee of $600.00 or more. Who likes to pay an extra 3 car payments for a ridiculous DOC fee. Century is at $249.00 which speaks volumes about their business.They do care. After I bought the Jeep and drove off it started to throw a few codes. Instead of saying "Oh well, bye bye now", they took the vehicle back and repaired it till it was fixed. They went above and beyond. Pretty hard to find an honest Dealer these days.

In Today's seller market, the Davis staff did everything in their power to make our purchase of an Equinox as easy as possible as well as affordable as possible. I like the no pushy sale. They explained and let you decide. It helps to have salesmen who are experts in cars. and they do have those. I would pay them a visit for my next purchase, even if just to ask about a brand they dont carry. You will not regret it.

Salesman Josh is down to earth and honestly speaking tell it like it is no sugar coating and Dennis finance manager is very easy to speak with and extremely helpful. This is my second time buying from Handy Toyota and I will do again and again. To anyone who is reading this review and not sure if you want to visit Handy Toyota, worrying about sales pressure or the lies that salesmen will tell you, just to sell you a vehicle; well Handy Toyota is not like that. The best advice I can give anyone skeptical about buying from them; go on line look at the inventory find what you like and reach out to them and they will answer any and all questions. I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out.
