There was a recall on a certain part that hasn't been done yet and they performed the replacement under warranty. It was also time to service the transmission and I asked them to do that too. Ryan was my Service Associate who helped me. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about my specific car and its transmission and the frequency of the service that would keep it running great. He explained everything in a way I could understand and then even walked me to the area I could pay for the service. This was top notch , expert customer service along with next level experience. 2017 Ford Transit-350 review
Used it for doing tours in Big Sur, Monterey, Carmel and the coastal areas and always was able to get uphill and have plenty of power with 15 people in it. Works great for touring and transportation. Comfortable ride, great head room, half the price of the Mercedes and Gray is the best color! Mid roof is the best option because of the wind and head room. Ride is nice.

2017 Ford Transit-350 review
I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!
