Thank you Kuni BMW for a wonderful car buying experience. I purchased a beautiful new BMW X5 yesterday and found the staff to be professional and informative. My appointment began at 1pm and I was driving home in my new car by 4pm.
I had a great experience with Steve S. and McMinnville Honda. They delivered exactly as advertised with no hidden expenses or fees. They didn't have the exact color and trim I wanted, but located it quickly for me and got it in in less than a week.
Sam is a honest salesman, a pleasure to do business with, straight forward and knows his vehicles.
Sam held the Benz for me as promised, I drove from Seattle to Portland to test drive it. There were buyers wanting to purchase it before I could get there. I purchased it. Happy customer.
Great customer service. Good quality & price. I got a good value on my trade in. Hassle free and not time consuming! Mathew & Debbie were great putting the deal together and got me in the car I wanted. 90 day warranty & Car Fox report as well with the car. Best car dealership exeperience I ever had. No games no hassles. Honest & hassle free!
It was the greatest car buying experience i have ever been apart of. If you are putting off buying a car cause you cant stand the salesman and the back and forth. Plus being there for hours. I highly recommend giveing the guys at E&J motors a shot.
Great experience. Would recommend this dealership and staff to any friends and family. Staff worked with my unique situation and the purchase went as smoothly as i hoped for. Thanks for the great car buying experience!
This was our second time around and the buying process from looking, then driving and then purchasing didn't change from the first time that we purchased our vehicles at Gladstone. Very Professional, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want.
Was looking for a used truck and ended up buying an S10 4X4 from Dave's. Overall the experience was nice (although a bit long to complete the paperwork) and drove the truck home (had 1/2 tank when we drove it off the lot). On the way home, the Service Engine Light (SEL) came on and pulled the code(s) when I got home as I have an OBD2 reader. Turns out O2 sensor was bad (fairly common and easy/cheap to replace) so I didn't make a big deal about it. However, next day I filled up the tank and ended up dumping around 5 gallons of gas on the gas station from a leak in the tank. Called Dave and negotiated how much he'd pay towards the repair (we agreed on 50/50. Had it towed to local Chevy dealer and quote was around $1,500. Provided Dave with copy of quote and without hesitation, he cut me a check.
Stand up place
From the sales folks, particularly Michael Doherty himself, to the follow up with the service center, it has been a very professional staff with a customer friendly style.
