I went to the tent sale at the fairgrounds, after the manager called me that they had a pre-owned Prius C come in, after I had called a couple of days earlier looking for one. Larry, the salesman, was very helpful and educated me on the Prius, and helped me through the decision making process. They gave me a fair trade-in for my care, and negotiated the car down to a price I was happy with. Very professional and easy to work with.
We spent three months researching and test driving vehicles. Once we determined exactly what we wanted, we started working with our local dealer to find it (they did not have what we wanted on their lot). It was a huge waste of time. We stumbled across an XC90 at Royal South Volvo which is 3.5 hours and out-of-state from where we live. Two phone calls and a few pictures later, we had a great price on our new vehicle, including a really solid price on my trade-in. They knew I didn’t want to waste an entire day traveling only to be disappointed and they did not disappoint. This was honestly THE best car shopping experience of my life and I absolutely hate car shopping. Ask for Nick or Ryan and they will take very good care of you.
I was looking to trade 2 cars and get one car payment. I thought this would be impossible really but Royal South came thru for me! I ended up buying a 2018 RAV4 at a much lower monthly payment. I live in Chicago, IL and I was referred to Royal South Toyota by another Chicagoan. At first I was hesitant about purchasing a car outside of Illinois but so glad I did it! I traveled to Bloomington, IN to finalize the purchase. I traveled there because I wanted to see the car in person before finalizing anything however Royal South also offers delivery for a couple of hundred dollars if you can't travel to the dealership. Once I arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming to me. Also, the vehicle was ready to go- washed, shiny, gorgeous and in superb condition! I couldn't have been any happier!! The process was quick and easy since I had agreed upon a deal before arriving there.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service I got at Royal South. I contacted them after I found a truck online and Andy got back to me right away. He was very helpful and great to deal with. I drove three hours to get there and decided even though the truck was a great deal and exactly what they told me it was, I was actually not ready to purchase a truck. Larry, the salesperson, Andy, and everyone that I dealt with were very understanding and professional. When I am ready to buy, I will be willing to drive to Royal South again.
We needed to replace our 2014 Forester that was hit and totaled just before the 2019 Foresters were arriving in showrooms. Checked the Internet and only two dealerships within 200 miles had the color and trim level we wanted on order. The local Cincinnati dealer we had visited must have figured they had us over a barrel and quoted an Eprice that was the same as the MSRP. Phoned Joe at Royal Subaru on the Eastside in Bloomington IN to see what they wanted for the Forester they had on order. He asked what we thought would be a reasonable price and said he thought he could meet our offer but would have to check with his manager who happened to be sitting next to him--didn't even put us on hold--just covered the phone and got the okay. The entire negotiation took less than 3 minutes and saved us over $3,000. The hardest part was waiting two weeks for the first of the 19's to arrive. Joe also spent nearly an hour on a chilly day without a coat showing us how to work all the bells and whistles on our new and improved Forester when we picked it up. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

Daniel was great to work with. We were looking to purchase a truck from Bland's Truck and Car Sales and had made a deposit. Due to some unforeseen expenses we had to back out of the transaction. Even though we decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time Marcus couldn't have made the process of looking any better as he is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai and made our experience a memorable one.
I recently had to get my vehicle worked on since I was in an accident and the service was great! All through the process I was kept updated and was even given a loaner vehicle to drive while I was without my car. Both staff members knew what was going on during my repairs and answered all my questions without hesitation. My car looks great and I can't thank the staff at Hyundai Collision enough!
