Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington review
I want to give a shoutout to Tyler Coyle, finance manager, at Stevenson Hendrick of Wilmington who worked diligently along side Nick Smith, salesman, and us as we were considering purchasing a Honda Ridgeline. Tyler has the best personality and tries his best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed when trying to present the best offer he can to you regarding purchasing a new Honda Ridgeline. He knows how valuable everyone’s time is and works quickly to cut through the chase with all the paperwork once you make the decision to purchase a vehicle. Great Experience today working with Tyler!! Charlie and Yvonne Parker
2026 Ford Mustang review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and Love it. The mustang has really improved over the years in style, comfort and performance! The Color is Blue Ember and is a really beautiful color. The flakes in the paint really stand out in the sun. The Coyote Engine gives superb performance and really sounds Great! I Highly recommend getting one especially if you are looking for Performance and Style if you can’t afford a Shelby or a Rouche .To me you can’t go wrong with this High Performance Dark Horse Mustang!

Stevenson Hendrick Mazda Wilmington review
I purchased a used vehicle from Mazda in Wilmington. From the start, Megan was attentive to my questions and if she didn’t know the answer off hand, she wasted no time in finding the answer and letting me know. The entire process, including the test drive and the final delivery were handled efficiently and professionally. I’ll be more than happy to go back to them when the time comes for a new car.

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Let me just first start by saying that sometimes God himself will connect you to the right people. Yesterday was nothing short of a blessing! The staff at this dealership went above and beyond for me yesterday! NOTHING BUT GOD. The atmosphere was so calm and laid back. They are more than just nice! Yes, I drove from Gwinnett to pick up my car and it was worth it! I strongly suggest going here for your next vehicle! THANK YOU ALEX and CHAD!
2022 Ford F-150 review
My experience with Ford F1 50s is that they have gotten better with time. I’ve owned three now and my latest 2022. I’ve had zero performance issues. None of the electrical problems like somebody put in a review no transmission no engine problems nothing. It’s a 3.5 L V6 eco-boost and it has the best passing power of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. It can also toll anything in the backup cameras and all the front and above cameras are absolutely essential and work great. Most of all it has had a couple of recalls they’ve taken a bit of time, but I don’t care if they recalls. I’m not paying for them. None of them have been major things all have been fixed. Undoubtedly this is the most comfortable vehicle I’ve ever driven. It’s quiet it rides like a comfort sedan and it has a large enough gas tank to get me a couple of states. The hard roll up Ford cover is much less expensive than some aftermarket types. It’s not floppy. It’s solid and easy to use. This baby has been in the field. I’ve hunted and harvested a half a dozen deer with this beast out in the middle of nowhere of North Dakota. It’s completely reliable.

Great on line communication. Ended up purchasing closer to home. Their Tundra’s were priced at a good price.
2020 Ford F-150 review
I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Jones Ford review
Good people. I recently moved to NC from Maine and most of the New England dealers had the vehicle I purchased from Jones Ford priced over MSRP. Jones Ford sold it to me for slightly under MSRP so I could stay within my budget. The business manager was friendly and gave me some great ideas for some performance upgrades and accessories as well as some interesting facts about my new area. I have bought many, many, many vehicles over the years and this was one of the better sales experiences I have had.

2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

We had a Great Experience purchasing a Honda Ridgeline through salesman Nick Smith at Stevenson Hendrick of Wilmington!!! He was so professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite throughout the entire process. He answered every question we asked to our satisfaction which made us feel very comfortable in his presence. We never felt as though we were being rushed to make a decision regarding purchasing the Honda Ridgeline. Nick was also very accommodating and provided us snacks and water as we talked in his office while he worked diligently to make us the best offer he possibly could regarding the purchase of the Ridgeline. Nick also took the time to set up “Car Play” for us before we left the car lot to head back home. Will very likely return to this dealership in the future when looking to purchase another vehicle. From the start, my wife and I were warmly welcomed to the dealership by a lovely lady at the front desk. Will Stanley was our friendly contact/salesperson. Will greeted us and went right to work for us. He had the car ready for us to see and test drive. We came back to see Will two days later to purchase the car. Will was very patient answering our questions and he had solid answers for everything we asked. The purchase was smooth and pain-free. Will's Sales Manager helped in the process and was very friendly and patient as well. Bubba walked us through the paperwork patiently and got us out the door and in our new car quickly. All of the guys that helped deserve a lunch on the company because not only were they friendly and helpful but they did so at 10:00pm. GREAT TEAM! We'll be back!

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Stevenson Hendrick Mazda Wilmington review
Chris Cabrera was truly awesome to work with! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, and I never felt pressured or rushed. He made buying a new car feel easy and exciting, and I really appreciated how genuinely he cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Chris was absolutely awesome during the process. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle site unseen. Chris did everything in his control to make the process smooth and stress free. Appreciate all his time and energy. Highly recommend Jones Ford of Shallotte NC.
2018 Ford Edge review
Such a nice car. A.C. and heated seats, great climate control, great seats with adjustable lumbar support, sky roof, a big get up and go boost, fabulous indoor and outdoor lighting, non cheap leather seats and the dash computer is very doable for me ( being such a Luddite!)!Just absolutely a happy gal having picked this titanium Edge! Will love it until the wheels fall off.

2022 Ford Edge review
Vehicle is good but ride could be better for a 5400 lb. suv. They class it as a station wagon not an suv for insurance reasons. Like it . Sorry they don't make them anymore, kind of concerning.

Jones Ford review
This isn't the first car that I've purchased from Jones Ford, in Shallotte, North Carolina. They are consistently wonderful and easy to deal with. Their trade in for my car was excellent, and my salesman, James Williams, was so easy to work with. I'm very happy with Jones Ford!

Recharged review
One of the absolute most positive experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I appreciated the time they spent with us the non-pressure sales and then explaining the technology to first time EV owners you cannot go wrong picking from this dealership would buy from them again.
2023 Ford F-150 Lightning review
I recently had the pleasure of test driving, and I must say, it left quite an impression. As someone who values both reliability and versatility in a vehicle, this pickup exceeded my expectations in more ways than one.
