2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I had never purchased from Jim O'Neil before. A few of my favorite people in the auto dealer industry moved there. Jim O'Neil gained a few of the best and I would put this dealership at the top in the area for it. When we purchased the vehicle it was obvious they went through and did an inspection, and fixed anything that needed fixing. Used cars come in all shapes, sizes, and conditions. And to see everything on the service record that they fixed, was a sign of attention to detail that many other dealerships lack. That was refreshing to see, and moved my confidence level up in this dealership. The sales people in there are great. Financing team is awesome. Over all it was a great experience. Ive dealt with Neil and Jay in there for years. And have bought quite a few vehicles from them. I can not elaborate enough on how easy the car buying experience is with them. Its smooth and painless, as it should be. They answer any questions you have with honesty and integrity. Neil himself is very knowledgeable with cars. So I trust the answers he gives me. And Jay is one of the best finance guys around, and is extremely knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a good place to pick up a new whip I suggest checking out Jim O'Neil. I know we glad we did, they gained a repeat customer!

I had a 90 minute drive to reach All State Ford, so I was very appreciative of the phone, email, and text support in learning about the truck I ended up buying. When I drove up to inspect and assess the truck, Howard Ensor (salesman) was very courteous and helpful, without being pushy. We discussed points of the truck and where he lacked the knowledge he reached out to others for it. I never felt anything of the pressure to purchase as I so often did at other dealerships. It has been 10+ years since I last shopped for a vehicle, so there was a bit of sticker shock. However, as I did my research, I believe I got a good price for a good truck. My wife and I both like the comfort features and I especially like the mechanical performance. Looking forward to years for trailer trailer towing and enjoying nature with this truck. I do recommend them as a dealership if you are after a truck.
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
