They made it very enjoyable to buy at Fox. I changed salesman because I was in two months ago and talked to Nick B. and he said he couldn’t help me until I got my loan down plus my son called about my new truck and he wouldn’t return his call. Was very rude even with my first truck I bought. I let Pete know that I would not deal with him. Scott took care of the issue. Thank you all for the pleasant and up front on the new truck. Why a 4? They fixed most of my issues, and did a great job. Issues were they had to order parts, never called when they came in. I called after 2 weeks, they said they would call to set up a loaner. After 2 weeks again I called both times they had forgot to call me. They also put on my receipt they washed my car. NEVER WASHED! They had my car total of 4 days and never did it. FOR THE GOOD! Service department staff is nice, and gets answers. They have never damaged my car unlike other dealers. I highly recommend this dealer, just have to keep checking up on them.
