This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Fantastic customer service, staff, quite knowledgeable and ease of getting my Edge serviced I used their valet service-such a great way to have the car serviced and the pick up and drop off was so easy and convenient. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. When we pulled into the dealership wanting to look at two different cars we were almost immediately approached by a salesman that was very friendly and actually knew the story behind the car without looking at an IPad. He was knowledgeable and very helpful! Once we actually decided on a car that we wanted we were able to hold the vehicle with a refundable deposit so that it didn't get sold. The overall experience with this dealership was a dream compared to all of the other places in pocatello! Thank you!
